Pwll-y-Faedda, Builth Wells

We are just 10 minutes from the Royal Welsh Showground.

Getting here is easy, see below for detailed directions.

How to Find Us

Our official address is Pwll-y-Faedda, Erwood, Builth Wells, LD2 3YS. Being "in the country" there is no street number and indeed no street name. Fortunately if your satnav insists on a road then you can use the A470 as that is where our driveway joins the main road.

There are only two houses with that postcode and we are the one on the river side of the road. You cannot see the house from the road but you will see the two gold "Pwll-y-Faedda" signs on either side of the driveway entrance.

Pwllyfaeda Entrance

Head to Builth Wells and then follow the signs for the town centre, cross the bridge over the River Wye and where the road bends to the right you turn left on to the A470, signposted Brecon and Abergavenny.

Continue out of Builth onto the A470 national speed limit zone and stay on this road for the next 6.4 miles

At around 6 miles you will come to a long straight, at the end of which on the left is our driveway entrance flanked by two gold "Pwll-y-Faedda" signs. If you pass the Erwood Bridge or the Erwood village sign then simply turn around when safe to do so as you have passed us!
